I use wood that I find from homes being restored, pallets, or anywhere I can find it. I then reconstruct it in a way appropriate for what I will paint on it. Sometimes that is sea creatures or sometimes a quote.
I love to garden and plant plants in unique containers. Love flea markets, yard sales, thrift stores and antique shops. Never met a plant i didn't like. I also love animals and anything to do with nature.
Patina South is a handpicked mix of vintage estate sale finds, industrial odd-ball objects, mid century collectables and upcycled over-the-top jewelry. My website does not begin to display the collection I keep because it evolves daily. I have been organizing and participating in juried art and vintage shows up and down the east coast for almost 12 years. My inventory is kept fresh but rusty-just the way I like it!
Laura is Lucky Lola Art (LLA) who paints reclaimed fabrics for use with pillows, napkins, hand towels, wine bags, and market bags. She also re-purposes shirts and sweaters into wine bags, lumbar pillows, and hand bags. LLA sells out of Carolina Beach Furniture and Artful Living Group. Also, CBFM and Autumn with Topsail.

Jewelery designer and creator of artistic jewelry, also since 1990. All of my items which will be for sale are those collected over a period of 45 years. In the antique business, there is a saying, "Save the best; sell the rest." These items are the best.
Each piece of jewelry is unique and handmade in the islands. I like to incorporate natural items I (or one of my boys) have found while walking on these beautiful beaches or when diving. All sea glass used has been 100% surf tumbled. Each item has been handcrafted with love.

LFF Designs focuses on Event Design | Interiors | Custom pieces, with a heart for the ocean and local finds. All of my pieces are reclaimed or upcycled (everything from driftwood to antique faux bamboo to floating docks as shelving to customized chalkboards from vintage frames, etc etc etc).

Soul Creations is an outlet for me to turn my thoughts, dreams, and memories into tangible pieces that I can share. I grew up in NC and received my BFA with a concentration in painting from ECU. After graduation I moved west to Texas, then Colorado, and finally California. My final stop had me enchanted and it was in California that I learned to surf, taught art classes, and found the inspiration for much of the work I do today. 10 years later, I decided to move home to NC to be close to my family, but knew I needed to be at the beach. So Wilmington was the obvious choice!
My work consists mainly of figurative, landscape, and still life acrylic paintings, as well as my unique shells soldered onto vintage bottles.
